TRAVEL COMMUNTIES

Connect with like-minded explorers, sharing your passion for travel!

Welcome to Chatore Yatrigan – a travel tribe led by women, driven by appetite, and united by the love of food and exploration. We are not just travelers; we are seekers of spice, storytellers of taste, and wanderers who believe that the heart of India beats in its streets. Whether it is the fiery curries of Chettinad to the slow-cooked dum biryanis of Lucknow, from Kolkata’s phuchka lanes to Amritsar’s butter-laden dhabas – we journey to savour, learn, and connect.

We specialise in immersive road trips across the lesser-known villages of the Indian Himalayan belt, and our mission is simple: to experience the soul of the mountains through its people, traditions, and landscapes. We don’t rush from one tourist spot to another. Instead, we slow down, stay in local homes, drink butter tea with the elders, attend regional festivals, learn traditional crafts, and listen—really listen—to the stories of the land.

Across India’s vast mosaic—from tribal hamlets in the Northeast to form-based festivals in Rajasthan and sustainable farm tours near Pune—we travel to experience local cultures and treasures. Whether staying in humble village homestays or luxurious eco-lodges, we strike a balance between comfort and authenticity. As we wander dusty lanes, share meals cooked over earthen stoves, join pujas in centuries‑old temples, or listen to folk songs under starlit skies, we don’t just see India—we become part of its ever‑evolving tapestry.
